What are the stages of team coaching?
3 Key Stages
1. Diagnosis
As a team, the aim is to explore:
What is the current state? Where does the team want to go?
What can the team achieve beyond individual perceptions to row in the direction of the company’s strategy?

Are their conversations and actions aligned?
2. Intervention and Action Plan
Growth session(s) with team awareness dynamics designed for participants to reflect, internalize, and integrate the tools needed to achieve the defined objective.
The activities are tailored based on the diagnostic results and aligned with the company’s specific goals.
The final part of this intervention focuses on how to implement the desired improvements—both individually and as a team—starting from the very next day.
This includes a clear Action Plan, and managing commitment and shared responsibility.
3. Evaluation and Follow-Up
It is recommended to carry out this final support stage after the intervention, since not all individuals or teams evolve and transform at the same pace.
This phase depends on the outcome of the process and the difficulty the team may face in implementing their action plan.
In some cases, new team needs emerge when putting the work from the intervention phase into practice, and this follow-up is where the final support is provided, if needed.
